很不走运气,第一次购买linode就遇到了麻烦事,镜像安装完毕之后发现死活无法登陆SSH,ping我的公网IP,全部链接超时,当时就郁闷了。一个不详的预感在我脑中浮现,日本的数据中心,日本的IP,岛国……GFW,尼玛我赶快去站长工具试了一下超级PING,果然,除了中国大陆全部超时之外,其余海外地区全部连通正常,就连香港都能连通,一国两制赛高(#‵′)凸
不过好在大家都说了,linode的服务非常好,有问题找客服。所以可以找客服更换IP,伪极客前前后后换了4个IP才找到没有被GFW屏蔽的,所以大家要做好心理准备。

Are you able to provide us with the specific Linode you are having issues with as well as an MTR report from you local connection to your Linode and from your Linode to your local connection? You may need to use our LISH console to access your Linode. Here is information on using our LISH console:

获取Linode VPS MTR报告教程方法
获取到MTR报告后,我们后续就可以移步到官网的工单系统上面继续,就是上文邮件给出你的工单地址“Please use https://manager.linode.com/support/ticket/4053326 to respond to this ticket.”。
我们可以把MTR报告填入一个txt文件上传附件(我已经上传过了,没上传过的时候在红框处有按钮),也可以直接粘贴在输入框。然后点击Add update即可更新工单。
这里客服相应非常迅速,而且没有什么麻烦事,稍等几分钟就会有客服回复你,而且应该是已经帮你更换好了IP,比如我的:

IP生效需要你去重启VPS,就是linode仪表盘上的reboot按钮。等重启完毕,再次ping一下你的新地址。如果还是不通的话,就继续在工单里更新,比如我的第一次更换就无效,我继续发:

Please reboot your Linode and let us know if this new address works! Please note that the GFW has begun to block a large amount of our IP addresses in our Tokyo data center, and it may be difficult to find one that works. You could possibly have better luck in another data center, and may want to consider migrating if we are unable to find you a working address in this data center after a few tries.

上面客服邮件可以看到,又给我换了一个IP,同时建议我更换数据中心,说GFW屏蔽了东京数据中心很多IP。所以后来者们找linode东京数据中心能用的IP应该会越来越难。
如果客服给你的IP还是不行,就继续申请更换,重复上面的步骤,需要注意的是每次申请更换都要附带当前IP的MTR报告。
